The policy

Return any unworn, unwashed item with its tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

First size exchange on any apparel item is free within the destination country. Email support with your order number and the size you need.

Print defects, seam faults or damage in transit are replaced at our cost — send a photo with your order number and we ship a replacement immediately.

Numbered Founder's Drop pieces are returnable for refund but cannot be exchanged, since each number exists once.
