Made to order — here is exactly what that means for a return.
14 days to change your mind
Under EU and Belgian law you have 14 days to withdraw from your order, counted from the day it is delivered. This covers every standard-design piece, even though we print it after you order. Tell us within those 14 days with your order number, then send the piece back unworn, with its tags on. Return postage is on you. We refund you within 14 days of receiving it, to the card you paid with.
Defects and mistakes — always covered
A print defect, damage in transit or the wrong item sent: photograph it, send the photo with your order number within 30 days of delivery, and we replace it at our cost. Nothing to return, no argument.
Numbered Founder pieces
A numbered Founder piece cannot be exchanged, because your number exists once. A defect is still replaced — with the same number.
Check the size chart first
The single best way to avoid a return is 60 seconds with the size chart before you order: it carries the flat measurements for every size of every blank we print on.
